The staff is friendly and they help us, but I'm very surprise that in a 4 stars hotel anybody speaks spanish or french in the reception. It's unthinkable in a 4stars spanish hotel.

Comments:
Some of the staff didn´t speak english very well. One in the reception did not understand what I tried to explain him (Indian man) about problems with the bed in our room. I asked for some extra blankets to cover the matress, but did not get any.
